1. Information we collect

• Account details such as email, display name, avatar, and authentication records.
• Learning activity, course progress, streaks, quiz answers, projects, files, chat history, and AI usage.
• Payment status and gateway references; full card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by StruvIQ AI.
• Security and reliability data such as IP address, device information, request timing, and error logs.

2. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users, save work, personalize learning, provide AI responses, calculate credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, communicate service updates, and comply with law.

3. AI processing

Prompts and the minimum relevant conversation or project context may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Do not place passwords, API keys, payment credentials, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in prompts.

4. Service providers

StruvIQ AI relies on providers for authentication and database hosting, AI inference, payments, rate limiting, deployment, and email delivery. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and process it under their own contractual and legal obligations.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal duties. Access controls, row-level database security, encrypted connections, server-only secrets, and audit records are used to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can update profile and notification preferences in the product. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the authenticated support channel. Some billing and security records may need to be retained where law requires it.

7. Children

The service is designed for learners, including students. Where parental consent is legally required, a parent or guardian must supervise account creation and use. We do not knowingly use student data for targeted advertising.

8. Updates and contact

Material policy changes will be communicated in the product or through the account contact channel. Privacy requests should be submitted through the support option in your signed-in account so identity can be verified.
