Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of StruvIQ AI's learning, coding, AI generation, and subscription services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. If you are below the age at which you may independently enter a contract in your location, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may use StruvIQ AI to learn, create software, and manage your own projects. You must not misuse the service to distribute malware, access systems without permission, evade limits, scrape the platform, infringe intellectual-property rights, or create unlawful or harmful content.
3. AI and generated code
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or unsuitable for production. You must review, test, license-check, and secure generated code before using or publishing it. You retain responsibility for prompts, selected output, and the applications you release.
4. Paid passes and credits
Prices, pass duration, included credits, and taxes are shown before payment. Credits are a limited licence to use platform features, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. A pass may expire at the end of its displayed period even if credits remain.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant StruvIQ AI the limited rights necessary to store, process, execute, and display that content to provide and secure the service. Do not submit secrets or content you lack permission to use.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change for security, legal, performance, or product reasons. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or the account contact channel.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict an account for material policy violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning payments, liability, intellectual property, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
8. Liability and law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StruvIQ AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unreviewed AI output, user-created software, or third-party services. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes handled by courts that have lawful jurisdiction.

For account, billing, or legal questions, use the support channel available from your StruvIQ AI account. This lets us securely associate the request with the correct account and payment.
